Our story
Since 1997, Wendy and Paul Bridgeman have cultivated Chone™️ peppers on their property in Laguna Niguel, CA. Using the same recipe that they developed in the late 90’s, Paul and Wendy have been handcrafting Chone™️ Hot Sauce from four unique hot chili pepper varieties, and the perfect blend of onion and garlic. Satisfying local South Orange County pepper heads for more than a decade, the Bridgemans were encouraged by family and friends to take the product commercial. Chone™️ Hot Sauce is now available for sale direct to consumers. It is made with the same attention to detail and all natural fresh high quality ingredients in a locally owned commercial kitchen.
