Chicken and Bacon Quesadillas

Ingredients

3 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp Chone Strawberry Fields Forever Seasonal Hot (or Mild) Sauce
3 Tbsp avocado oil
1 1/2 Tbsp sea salt
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
10 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled
20 raw flour tortillas
How to Make It

Marinate the chicken breasts in Chone, oil, and salt overnight in the fridge
BBQ the marinated chicken breasts on the grill until cooked
Let the chicken stand and then chop into pieces
Place two raw tortillas on the grill, flip one and put cheese, chicken, and bacon on the cooked side of the tortilla
Put the other tortilla cooked side down on top
Cook the quesadilla until golden brown 
Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side
Remove the quesadilla from the grill and cut into wedges
Repeat with remaining tortillas
Serve with sour cream and Chone Strawberry Fields Forever Seasonal Hot Sauce
