How to Make It
Preheat oven to 425
Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat
Add Steak to the skillet
Season with Chone Shake, sea salt, and black pepper
Sear steak on both sides for 2 minutes
Put skillet with steak into preheated oven and bake at 425 for 15 minutes until medium (or until desired doneness)
While the steak is baking, melt the other 1 Tbsp. of butter in medium skillet and scramble the eggs
Remove the steak from oven and let stand for 5 minutes
Add the scrambled eggs to the skillet with the steak, allowing the eggs to absorb the steak juices
Serve hot with Chone Red Hot Sauce to taste.
