How to Make It
Brown the meat, onion soup mix, and onions in a skillet (do not drain).
Add the meat mixture to a large Crock Pot.
Add peas, carrots, corn, mushroom soup, salt, black pepper, and Green Chone Hot Sauce to the Crock Pot.
Cook on high for 1 hour, and then cook on low for 5 hours. Stir.
Make the instant mashed potatoes, add in 1 cup of grated cheese.
Add the mashed potato mix onto the top of the meat mixture in the Crock pot.
Add the remaining grated cheese to the top of the mashed potatoes.
Cook on low for 1 hour.
Serve hot with additional Green Chone Hot Sauce to taste.
